really like this book. the drawings are done by zdenek miler, who also draws the fanatstic krtek. take a look at this book too.

    This is such a great book! I love the front cover, how the snow creature has crept up behind them like a ghost trying to get them or scare them and they haven't noticed at all just carried on ^-^

    Hi,here is something about this writer. Vladislav Vancura was executed by the Nazis in 1942. He is one of the most famous Czech writers of the 20th century.
    It is my favorite children book.
