memories










some pictures from the house where mieke grew up. the dress she wore as a 6-year old girl at her first communion. the wooden floor in her room had a secret hole.

  1. This house seems to be just wonderful! I love this tiny dress (it reminds me of my own but unfortunateley I don't have it anymore) and wish I had a secret hole in my room, too...

  4. I could tell you many small things that you could see on the walk between my childhood home and school, or the path between a London home and work, or a (ok, I'll stop already), but what I never ever found was a secret hole in the floor. Wow.
