don´t worry... i took 3 kittens to the vet in the last year because of the same reason. they were groggy for a day and as good as new the next:) and it looks like they didn´t mind that much...
all the best to your little minnie!
I don't usually leave comments, however, your post was so touching, I had to.....you really captured how it must feel to be waiting for Minnie to come home with the pic of Moomin looking out the window.
I wish you both the best & a speedy recovery to Minnie!

she is home now, very quiet and slow. heartbreaking. hope she will be running around the house very soon...
Oh Mieke. I trust that Minnie will be fine.
And her "momma" as well. It humbles, the
connection between the four legged and
the two. Love.
