i had some photos printed that i took over the years in this beautiful place.  the building has been sold, and as a goodbye to the house miljan is making an exhibition there.

this afternoon i spent reading a dear friend's book, minnie sleeping on my lap.

b is for boy

i made this face-pillow (with a little help from renilde)  for a friend's baby boy.  and look at this lovely photo from our ABC book, gina posted it on instagram and i love it!

monday

that's the arm of the 5th minnie mouse i made in clay.  it's hard to make it right, will keep on trying!
by the end of the week we'll have spring weather again! finally!

another stormy day. but we had fun inside, at katrien's place.  this little tiger made pancakes!  later on we went upstairs for some crafting. and look! katrien also has a paradise in her hallway :)

some pinch pots

i finished 2 pinch pots recently, the yellow one and the one in the last photo.  i am working on a vase now, and it's good to pratice the glazing on the smaller pots. the painting is a favourite by gustave van de woestyne.

for the hallway

i got these patches for my new curtain in the hallway.  it will be a black one, guess i was inspired by V&S' curtain and it will suit the wallpaper.

i am trying to make a ceramic minnie mouse, like one of these.  i am on a waiting list now to get updates on their works for sale, and i'm quite sure i won't be able to afford something, so i thought to try one myself...

new tableware

it's so grey outside and i'm glad to be spending a day at home.  my friend is still staying here untill friday.i think minnie is getting used to him.
i found new tableware, second hand ofcourse.  i like it a lot.  the marzipan has such nice colors, and the small cups are my first creations from the ceramic class.

yesterday we visited a very very good exhibition in cologne: david hockney: a bigger picture.  BEAUTIFUL!!
these days are still very cold. scarfs and hats all of the time.
2nd image (a work by kelly chorpening) was taken at an exhibition here, they have a new one that just opened last weekend. on our to-see-list.  the box has a secret message, and the doll is for alessandra.
